These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sweet Secrets Dubai website, its directory, accounts, forms and related features. By visiting or using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the website.

1. Adults only

This website contains adult-oriented material and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. You must leave immediately if you are under 18 or if adult content is unlawful where you are located. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts, submit information or appear in listings.

2. What Sweet Secrets Dubai is

Sweet Secrets Dubai is an independent information and advertising directory. The website does not itself provide companionship or escort services and does not act as an agency, employer, broker, representative or intermediary for a visitor, advertiser or profile owner.

Profiles, availability, descriptions and rates may be supplied by independent providers, agencies or other third-party sources. A listing button uses a directory-managed contact route rather than guaranteeing a direct line to the person shown or the profile owner. Any conversation, arrangement, meeting or transaction takes place between the relevant parties. Sweet Secrets Dubai does not negotiate or guarantee those arrangements.

3. Lawful and responsible use

You are responsible for checking that your use of the website and any decision made after viewing a listing complies with the laws that apply to you. You must not use the website to facilitate unlawful activity, exploitation, coercion, harassment, fraud or harm.

4. Listings and directory information

We aim to present directory information clearly, but third-party content may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. A published profile is not an endorsement, background check or promise that a person, service, schedule, location or price is available as described. Identify the listing in your message, confirm the role of the routed recipient and independently verify important information before acting on it.

5. Accounts and account security

If you register, you must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current and protect your password. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify directory support promptly if you believe an account or reset link has been accessed without permission.

6. Submissions and advertiser assurances

When you submit a listing request, text, photo, video, correction or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it; that the information is not intentionally misleading; that every depicted person is an adult who has consented to publication; and that the material does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant Sweet Secrets Dubai a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, display and distribute that material only as reasonably needed to review the submission, operate the directory, publish an approved listing and promote the website. You may ask support to review or remove material, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not submit or use:

• content involving, depicting or sexualising anyone under 18;
• stolen media, impersonation, deceptive claims or material published without permission;
• threats, hate, harassment, defamation, doxxing or disclosure of private information;
• malware, destructive code, phishing, scams, extortion or fraudulent payment requests;
• bots, scraping or automated requests that burden the website, evade controls or copy directory data;
• fake reviews, artificial engagement, spam or attempts to manipulate listing visibility.

8. Review, moderation and removal

We may review, decline, edit, restrict or remove a submission, listing, contact route or account when we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, creates a safety or legal risk, infringes another person's rights or harms the operation of the directory. We are not obliged to pre-screen every item and may request evidence of age, identity, authority or consent where appropriate.

9. Managed contact routes and third-party services

WhatsApp and Telegram buttons use a directory-managed route. When you open one, the contact system selects the current destination through its configured routing service or an approved local fallback. The destination can change without the listing being edited and is not guaranteed to belong to the person shown or the profile owner. The current page address may be passed as route context and may appear in a prefilled message so the recipient can identify the listing.

WhatsApp, Telegram and any other destination are independent third-party services with their own terms and privacy rules. Check who is replying before relying on a response, and do not share identity documents, payment credentials or other sensitive information with an unverified recipient.

10. Payments and private arrangements

The directory does not collect deposits, process payments or set the terms of private arrangements shown in listings. A payment request made by a routed recipient, profile owner, advertiser or other third party is outside the website's control. A contact route does not verify the recipient or make Sweet Secrets Dubai a party to a transaction. You are responsible for assessing the recipient and the risks before sending money.

11. Intellectual property

The website design, software, branding and original editorial material are owned by or licensed to Sweet Secrets Dubai. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, systematically extract or create a competing database from them without prior permission. Third-party listing content remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge the processing described there, including the use of essential session storage and the handling of information you choose to submit.

13. Availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or warrant that every listing is accurate, lawful, suitable, safe or free from third-party claims. Your use of the directory and your interactions with advertisers are at your own judgment and risk.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Sweet Secrets Dubai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website downtime, third-party content, external services or interactions between users and advertisers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to the website or these Terms

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you, disputes relating to the website will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
